About Earthmill Maintenance

We believe great customer experiences start with a great team. That’s why we’re committed to creating a supportive, rewarding, and inspiring place to work. Because when our people thrive, so do our customers.

Since being founded in 2009, Earthmill Maintenance has grown from humble beginnings, selling small-scale turbines to local farmers, to become the UK’s largest operation and maintenance provider of agricultural wind turbines.

Our success is built on a culture of providing the highest level of support to our customers and extensive nationwide coverage across the UK. We manage a fleet of over 800 turbines from our locations in Yorkshire, Scotland, Wales and Cornwall, combining the fast response of a local service with the strength and backing of a national company.

We keep over £4 million of spare parts on our shelves, including major components such as gearboxes, blade sets and generators, so our engineers can act fast and keep turbines generating around the clock.

In 2026, Earthmill proudly became part of European Green Transition plc (EGT). This marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for our organisation, strengthening our business and supporting our long-term growth.
