Earthmill joins the European Green Transition plc Group

Earthmill Maintenance is pleased to announce it has been acquired by European Green Transition plc (EGT), a London Stock Exchange–listed group focussed on acquiring and growing quality services businesses in the critical infrastructure sector across the UK and Ireland.

As part of the acquisition, 100% of Earthmill has been acquired, along with a majority share of Earthmill’s sister companies, Wind Energy Partnership (including Silverford Engineering) and condition monitoring business, Anemos Analytics.

The acquisition represents an important milestone for Earthmill and strengthens the company’s long-term position, providing access to additional resources, expertise, and investment to support continued growth and innovation.

EGT’s management has a proven track record of integrating and developing businesses to create larger, stronger organisations. Earthmill will continue to operate under its existing brand, with its leadership team and day-to-day operations unchanged.

For customers and partners, it will be business as usual, with the same teams, services, and commitment to quality.
