Whilst our larger turbines offer the best returns, not every site is suitable. In this case a smaller turbine such as the Kingspan KW6 and Gaia 133 are excellent alternatives.

The Gaia 133 is a well known machine for having two blades instead of the more regular three. The efficiency of the Gaia 133 comes from the large swept area of the blades. The turbine is designed to be exceptionally quiet.
Self regulating and versatile
The Kingspan KW6 is a popular small wind turbine with a 6kW yield and a unique over-speed protection system. The KW6 runs continuously, even in high winds, and features a rotor design which track the direction of the wind.
